Those of you reading this on the Internet can be presumed to be "internet savvy", we actually prefer to use email to answer simple questions, change medications or handle prescription refills. We encourage you to use our email: doctordkl@sbcglobal.net.

Prescription refills will require the exact name of the medication and the name and street location or Zipcode of the pharmacy you are using.
