Billing and Insurance

We accept almost all major insurance plans. You can email or call us to inquire about your specific insurance plan.

We will verify your insurance benefits before or at the time of your visit. We will then bill your insurance directly for the services provided to you.

The specifics of your coverage are highly variable and even when we speak directly to the insurance company it is not always possible to determine the specifics of your policy or what amount you are responsible for.

(I know that sounds entirely crazy but that is true.) )

Cash Pay Patients

Individuals who do not have health insurance are accepted. Fee schedules and payment plans can be discussed with the office staff or billing manager at any time.
