Deborah K. Lehmann
M.D., FACOG
Originally from Wisconsin, I graduated high school in 1970 from Ursuline Academy in Dallas, from SMU in '74 with a Bachelor of Science in biology and my Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from University of Rochester School of Medicine in Upstate New York in '78.
My 4 years of post-doctoral work ( Internship and Residency) in Obstetrics and Gynecology was done at Boston University where I stayed until '84 on clinical faculty. I then joined the medical school faculty at Tulane University in New Orleans and subsequently joined the Air Force coming to Carswell AFB in '87. I discontinued obstetrics when I left the Air Force and have been in solo private practice doing "simply gynecology" since 1992.
I am Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and am a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). I am an active member of the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS). I also belong to the Tarrant County and Texas State Medical Societies ( sort of like the better business bureau for doctors) as well as The American Medical Association.
I love keeping up with the amazing changes that are occurring in medicine and surgery, and I love coming to work each day.
I have a husband, three children, lots of pets and a ton of fun.
